NM Collector for Windows is traditional desktop software that prioritizes your privacy and data security. Your collection information never leaves your computer unless you explicitly choose to share it. We don't collect usage data, don't require internet connectivity, and don't transmit any information to our servers.

NM Collector runs entirely on your local Windows PC:

Your collection data is stored locally on your Windows computer in:
- Application data folder on your hard drive
- Encrypted (if you enable password protection)
- Accessible only to your Windows user account

You control your data:
- Back up to external drive/USB
- Keep on air-gapped computer
- Export to your preferred location
- No automatic cloud sync

The ONLY time data leaves your computer is when YOU choose to:
- Export a backup file to USB/external drive
- Email a report to yourself
- Print collection records
- Manually copy database files

All data sharing is manual and under your complete control.
