There are very few known issues and we like to keep it that way. However, here are some considerations for using NM Collector Software CP (as of version 2.0 which is out now!).
Canned reports sometimes don't display on Mac computers only. We are not sure why this happens as there are no errors reported. If this happens closing and reopening NM Collector Software CP seems to correct it.
Windows needs more users before it will acknowledge NM Collector CP when you download it from the internet. You can read more about it in this blog: https://www.nmcollector.net/post/windows-code-signing
McAfee does not like NM Collector CP. It flags it as dangerous when you run it. It seems McAfee is notorious for this and many people refuse to use it for that reason. Just google "McAfee false positives" to get a feel for the problem.
If you wish to use the Filter feature on the main page, please wait until all of the items are loaded. It takes a lot of time to load a big collection of items. If you do not want to wait, consider pressing the Stats button to go directly to the statistics page while items are loading. The stats page loads much faster and you can apply a filter there as well. Once you find the item you want in the stats page you can click the row to go directly to it.
Reports may display a date of "1969-12-31" when there is not date in the application tabs. To remove that you can clear the date (even if it is empty) in the corresponding tab of the application or enter a date in that field.
You should avoid the OR concatenation when using the Custom (Dynamic) report generation tool. If you must use it try putting it at the end and don't mix it with the AND concatenation operator. It seems to generate unexpected results.
Please let me know if you find anything else.
