I purchased your nmCollector software yesterday for my Mac running Mojave 10.14.2 I downloaded the software and received the activation key. When I start the program, it says "Evaluation license activation was successful. Clock OK to continue." Then I click on the app and the program starts and is says "This copy licensed to [Evaluation]. Whenever I try to enter any information, it defaults back to the original screen setup. I deleted the program, reinstalled it and the same thing happens. As it exists now, I can't use it.

Sorry about that. Please rest assured I will refund your money if we cannot get it to work. Unfortunately, I cannot duplicate the issue on my Mac so I really do not know what to say. This sort of thing used to have to do with improperly configured Java on the Mac but now I package Java with the software so it shouldn't matter. I will research this issue some more and see if I can figure out something to try.

Just out of curiosity, will it work when run from a USB flash drive? Also, can you tell me if you have java installed on your Mac? My current theory is perhaps there is a conflict between the java embedded in the application and java installed on the Mac but I still can't duplicate the issue. Can you take a look at the nmcsw.log file (located in /Users/nmcollector/Desktop/NMCollectorJE/app) immediately after you try to save a change and post the contents here? I just want to see if there are any error messages posted there.
