Hello,
I have just downloaded the latest (30 day trial version) on 17-01-2019 (Europe date). As I am located in Europe, i can use help as some abbreviations do not tell me anything for example A&D ?

When click the help button/ usage notes, I get the "Oops! That page can’t be found" message. I would like to buy the full version, but first like to read a users manual.

I have all my weapon/ customers data in my Excel file type folder. For some reason I am not able copy&past from my Excel data folder into nmcollector folder. is this because I use the 30 day trial?

When click report/firearms, i have tried all type of reports, but for some reason I get a report, but no date, on what day my firearm was inserted, while inserting the firearm the date was filled in.

Please advise me,

Hi, thank you for your questions/observations.

1. This software has its roots in U.S. the Curio & Relics collector community. I wrote a blog that provides background info at https://www.nmcollector.net/software-for-cr-licensed-gun-collectors/

2. You can download a manual here https://www.nmcollectorsoftware.com/documentation/NMCollectorJEManual.pdf that will explain the usage of the software.

3. I fixed the broken link (and more). Thanks for bringing them to my attention.

4. I'm not sure why copying from Excel is not working. Are you copying one field at a time or doing some sort of bulk load? If you are willing to adjust the contents of your excel data to match the expected format for NM Collector Software you can do a bulk import. 5. I do not know what is happening with your reports. Naturally, they work for me. I suspect it may be some sort of data issue. I may have to ask you to send me your data so I can debug the issue.
