The following reports are available. Each of these will be valuable for C&R collectors and many will be valuable for non-licensed collectors as well.
Although NM Gun Collector Software is shipped with a full compliment of reports, some people just want to roll thier own. In addition, this tool provides a convenient mechanism for exporting data to Excel and other applications as well as generating web pages that you can easily upload to your own ISP.
Provides your collection information in the ATF bound book format specified for C&R collectors. This option includes all of your firearms collection whether or not the the "C and R" box is checked in the Description tab.
Same as the C and R Bound Book Format report only this one only includes the items where the "C and R" box is checked.
Gives you the opportunity to establish sort and filter Criteria for the records that will appear in your report. This is useful for collectors who only want to print one item in their collection or a subset of their collection.
Provides the ATF bound book format with blank fields. This can be useful for recording purchases and sales at gun shows or while you are traveling.
Prints the fields in the Description tab. Allows the entry of filter and sort criteria to limit the selection of items printed.
Same as Description with a picture.
Prints labels for you to attach to hang tags to in turn attach to your firearms. A variety of label sheets are supported. For multiple column labels, only the left column is printed. To print both columns simply print one column (the left) then turn the labels over to print the other. For optimal results, be sure to load the label sheets in accordance with the instructions that come with them.
