Description Tab

The fields on this tab should be pretty much self-explanatory. However, consider the following behavior when working with these fields:

• Drop Down lists "remember" any new items that you add.
• Changes to certain fields are reflected in the Item field.
• The "C and R" check box is used to display only those items in the "C and R Only" report.
• The "Condition Comments" and "Notes" fields provide ample room for entering information and history about each firearm.
• Use the "Custom Fields" button to enter your own custom fields for the current item.
• The Bar Code field displays the default bar code generated by the system.  Bar Codes can be printed and then scanned later to quickly locate the desired item (see Scan Bar Code below).
• Scan Bar Code is used with a bar code scanner to locate an item using a scanned bar code.
