The rights to this software and the source code are available for sale if anyone wants it.  The source code is written in VB6 and uses the Microsoft JET engine. 

It has been superseded by:

NM Collector JENM Collector Software JE (Java Edition)
Any collection any platform ... Windows, Mac and Linux.
