Note:  Use the "Upgrade Only" from this page to convert NM Collector JE Lite to the full feature NM Collector JE.

  1. Download archive.
  2. Extract the contents to your USB Flash Drive.
  3. Start NM Collector JE per OS as Follows
    • Windows:  Double Click NMCollectorJE6.exe
    • Mac: Double Click nmCollectorJE.app
    • Unix/Linux:  java -jar NMCollectorJE6.jar

Please note, due to problems with Vista, the default installation directory has changed (from: "C:\Program Files\nmCollector\NMCollectorJE\" to: "C:\NMCollectorJE\").

For Upgrade be sure to point to your current installation directory or the upgrade will not take effect.

For older versions of Windows, you need Windows Installer 2.0. Download Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000 or Windows Installer 2.0 Redistributable for Windows 98, and Windows Millennium Edition.
  • Full Installation
    1. Download NMCollectorJEforWin.exe installer.
    2. Run downloaded installer. 
  • Upgrade Only
    1. Download NMCollectorJEforWinUpgrade.exe self extracting archive.
    2. Extract the contents to your installation directory.
    Mac
    (OS 10.4 and above with Java 6)
         		NMCollectorJE forMac.zip NMCollectorJE forMacUpgrade.zip
    1. Ensure Java 6 has been installed and set up on your Mac.
    2. Click the appropriate download link to the left.
    3. Once installer is downloaded it will start automatically.
    4. NMCollectorJE folder will be installed in the Applications folder of the volume you chose during the install.  Run NMCollectorJE.app from within the Aplications folder.
    Linux
         		NMCollectorJE6.zip NMCollectorJE6 Upgrade.zip
    1. Download the appropriate zip archive.
    2. Extract files to installation directory. 
    3. Navigate to the installation directory in a terminal window and issue the following command:

        java -jar NMCollectorJE6.jar.
